"I am very excited! I enrolled in classes with Nimeera at Cleopatras Closet and its everything I have been looking for at this stage of my bellydancing. I've attended 3 so far. My physical therapist cleared me as good to go!!! 
Nimeera goes to each student and helps them perform the move correctly, right down to what muscle group. We warm up . . I mean REALLY warm up in the beginning with core strengthening exercises and we drill and we dance and . . . I'm happy, sweaty and pooped out by the end of class :) 
I'm also extremely happy to be enrolled in Marci's ATS classes on Wednesday nights at Cleopatras Closet. I always wanted to learn ATS, true ATS, and she is under the guidance of Carolenas teacher certification program.... sweeeeeeeet :) 
These classes are the meat and potatoes training I have been searching for! :)
